Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Okhrang Studio™ (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You sign in with your Google or GitHub account, so you are responsible for keeping that account secure and for all activity that happens under your Okhrang Studio™ account.

You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account.

Products and prompts

Okhrang Studio™ sells digital prompts, templates and related resources for building websites. Results produced by AI tools from our prompts can vary depending on the tool, model and version you use.

We aim to describe every product accurately, but we do not guarantee that a prompt will produce identical output each time.

Purchases and payments

Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.

Access to a purchased product is granted once payment is confirmed.

Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

  • Resell, share or redistribute our prompts as standalone products
  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful or deceptive
  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the Service
  • Impersonate Okhrang Studio™ or any other person

Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including prompts, designs, text and branding, belongs to Okhrang Studio™ or its licensors. Your use of purchased products is governed by our License Agreement.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Okhrang Studio™ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
