Refund Policy

When we offer refunds

We will review a refund request if:

• You were charged more than once for the same product
• The product files are broken or missing and we can’t fix them
• The product is materially different from its description

How to request a refund

Email studio@okhrang.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and the reason for your request.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. It can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
